Compile-time dependencies

To compile qHttpd 1.2.6, below libraries should be installed on your system, otherwise use precompiled binaries.

• qDecoder 10.1.4 or later - http://www.qdecoder.org/
• LUA library 5.1.4 or later - http://www.lua.org/. (optional library; only needed to enable LUA script feature)
